Center for Continuing Formation: Conference Rooms

Forum

The Forum features graded seating with movable ergonomic chairs to accommodate 62 participants. The fixed tables are in a semicircular pattern on three levels and include electrical receptacles and data-ports. Movable tables on the lowest level allow for a variety of configurations. Large windows with semi-opaque shades, and a large three-paneled white board give this room an inviting atmosphere.

This contemporary meeting space includes a ceiling mounted LCD projector for displaying multimedia presentations from a laptop computer or from the playback VCR onto a large, retractable projection screen. The room is wired with a quality sound system which is integrated into a TDDY system (for the hearing impaired). A fixed video camera, ceiling mounted microphones and a dedicated VCR all make it easy capture an event on videotape.

The Conference Room
The Conference Room features movable cherry wood tables and ergonomic chairs for 30. Normally set up with a hollow square, the room can easily accommodate a variety of other configurations. This contemporary board room atmosphere is appointed with drapes and credenzas, a sound system, and tastefully mounted white boards with retractable screens. An LCD projector is available and the room is internet accessible.
